Is the free plan really free?▼
Yes. Scanning, OCR, redaction, the Vault and sharing are free with no time limit. The free plan shows ads between tasks and adds a small footer line to exports.
Why is it cheaper on the web?▼
App stores charge a commission on in-app subscriptions. When you subscribe on yomuscan.com we pass most of that saving on to you. Your plan works in the app the moment you sign in.
Can I pay with PayPal?▼
Yes. We accept cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay on the web. Teams can also pay by invoice.
How do I cancel?▼
Cancel any time from Account › Plan and billing, or in App Store / Google Play settings if you subscribed in the app. You keep Premium until the end of the period.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?▼
Nothing is deleted. Documents on your devices stay as they are; synced documents remain available read-only so you can export them.
Do you offer refunds?▼
Web subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge. App Store and Google Play refunds follow their policies.
