1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using YomuScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Ownership and Content License
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all documents, images, and content you scan or create using YomuScan. YomuScan claims no ownership or proprietary rights over your files.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use YomuScan to process, store, or transmit illegal content, violate copyright laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer our software.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect on subsequent billing cycles.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
YomuScan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YomuScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
