1. Scope and Applicability
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies to enterprise and business customers using YomuScan cloud sync, team collaboration, and centralized administration features subject to GDPR and data protection laws.
2. Roles of the Parties
The customer acts as the Data Controller, while YomuScan operates as the Data Processor processing data strictly on the instructions of the customer.
3. Security Measures & Compliance
We implement end-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), regular automated vulnerability assessments, and strict access controls.
4. Data Residency Options
Enterprise customers may choose between dedicated data centers in the European Union (Frankfurt) or the United States to meet regulatory residency mandates.
